DTAC (Technical Design for Building Authorization)
The project aims to rehabilitate and modernize an existing pavilion and amphitheater located in Alexandru Ioan Cuza Park, Bucharest, restoring them to the community in optimal conditions for use.
Following a technical assessment, extensive interventions were deemed necessary for both structures due to the advanced state of deterioration of their structural elements. The proposed solution preserves the original characteristics of the constructions, maintaining their footprint, height, and functionality.
The organization of outdoor spaces includes the development of a paved area connecting the two structures, serving as a reception and pedestrian access zone. Additionally, pedestrian pathways are designed to facilitate connections between different functional areas, using durable and aesthetically pleasing paving materials that blend harmoniously into the landscape. The spaces beneath the amphitheater seating will be used for outdoor physical activities.
This project aims to provide the community with a modern and functional space for cultural and artistic events, recreational activities, and physical exercise. The revitalization of these areas will contribute to creating a friendly and accessible urban environment, enhancing the park’s value and improving the quality of life for the residents of the capital.
